Plitvica River House truly is a gem nestled in the serene surroundings of Plitvice Lakes National Park. The warmth and hospitality of Lucy and Ante made our stay unforgettable. With a secret park entrance just steps away, the location couldn't be better for beating the crowds. The rooms are beautifully appointed, air-conditioned, and each comes with a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was modern, featuring a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. Every detail was just perfect.During our stay, we enjoyed a delectable dinner in the peaceful garden prepared by Ante. The home-cooked meal was truly a labor of love, showcasing local ingredients and flavors. Breakfast in the garden was a delight, with a fantastic selection of dishes prepared fresh, including omelettes made by Ante himself.
